Reservation Policy

We’re delighted that you’ve chosen to dine with Sanxia. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, please take a moment to review our reservation guidelines:

Booking Confirmation – Reservations are confirmed once you receive an email or message from us. For larger groups (6+), a deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Seating Time – We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time. Tables will be held for 15 minutes after the booking time.

Group Bookings & Private Events – For groups of 8 or more, or for private room / Karaoke hire, please contact the restaurant directly to discuss menu options and deposit arrangements.

Dining Duration – During busy periods, tables may be allocated for a specific dining time (usually 90–120 minutes).

Special Requests – We’ll do our best to accommodate dietary needs, allergies, or seating preferences when informed in advance.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change — we simply ask for advance notice.
Standard Bookings – Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your reservation will not incur any charges.

Group / Private Room Bookings – For bookings requiring a deposit, cancellations made within 48 hours of the reserved time may result in full loss of deposit.

No-Shows – Guests who do not arrive without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or restriction on future bookings.

Late Arrivals – If you’re running late, please call us. We’ll hold your table for 15 minutes beyond the reserved time when possible.
